1) If you have any minor concern like a neighbor who is not maintaining their yard, or has mold on their house, you can let the trustees know, but there is only so much they can do as they do not have the authority to impose fines. For a more promising outcome you may file a complaint with County Code Enforcement through the St. Charles County website at http://www.sccmo.org/faq.aspx?TID=31, which you can also access by clicking “have an issue?” on the Walnut Creek website at http://www.walnutcreekstc.com/, and a code enforcement officer will come out to assess and give a timeline to have the matter remedied, and will issue a fine if this is not completed by set time. It is highly suggested you take a picture of said issue to submit with your claim. You may create an account, and have the option to submit a claim anonymously if you choose.

2) An attendee asked if we could get one of those “your speed is” radar machines because people fly through our streets, which I don’t know if this was ever answered as the conversation quickly moved on to school buses speeding through as well, which one of the other attendees works for the school and would address with the bus company. This also lead to the discussion of the Waste Removal trucks driving through the streets way to fast, which lead to:

3) If we are all on one waste removal company, it would drastically reduce the number of trucks coming through the neighborhood and we would get a discount. A show of hands was taken and a vast majority of us are already using Grace, and the general consensus is that they are the cheapest. They also have several pricing options depending whether you want to rent the bins from them or not, if you want recycling or not, if you want to pay for yard waste removal or not, and if so if you would like it all year, or just during the prime months.

4) Please do not park on street overnight. The streets are not designed for multiple cars and fire trucks will have a hard time getting through if needed.

5) At the end of 2018, new entrance and exit ramps are going in on Guttermuth to 364.
